I live in Gyeongnam, and I had previously even made a reservation in Busan with an estimate of 3 million KRW, but I gave up the deposit. Although the new estimate was twice as expensive, I trusted the director and the hospital, so I made a new reservation there.
Because I wanted my nose to look natural and not obvious, I did not do the nasal bridge, and using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage, I only raised the nasal tip very slightly and slightly corrected the columella. Today is day 6, and I’m going to have the stitches removed tomorrow, but something like a blister has formed on the nasal columella area. It seems like it filled with pus and has now dried hard, and I still have no sensation around the nasal tip and columella, as if they’re anesthetized.
No matter how much I search reviews, I can’t find a case like this, so I’m really worried There’s no pain or swelling It looks like a blister scab, like the kind of scab that forms after a burn.. When I sent photos to the hospital, they said first they’ll look at it when removing the stitches, but I’m also scared they might blindly recommend revision surgery.
Also, even until days 3–4 after surgery, there was a lot of bleeding from behind my ear, so I wiped blood all night. My wife looked behind my ear and said it was sewn so carelessly that maybe a nurse, not the doctor, had sutured it…. I think because it was sewn so roughly like that, blood kept streaming out through that gap.
I want to complain about the ear too, but for now I’m so worried about my nose that I’ll leave the ear aside… Has anyone ever had something like a blister filled on the nose like this?? It’s day 6, and when I apply ointment inside the nostril with a cotton swab, a little bloody pus keeps coming off on it
