On the day of surgery and on day 1, because of phlegm and nasal congestion, it was uncomfortable when sleeping, and the swelling went up above my eyes, so I was so shocked.. On top of that, my whole body swelled up, so I was even more shocked.. It was to the point where rings I used to wear before would not fit
And the feeling that my lower teeth were being tightened!? kept continuing, so it bothered me I’m thinking time will take care of it
Today, day 2, the swelling feels less severe. I keep repeating 1 hour with the compression band and 30 minutes off, and since I kept doing cold compresses, the swelling around my eyes went down, but my cheeks are completely puffy themselves.. The swelling in my body has all gone down!
And because I sleep with my upper body elevated, when I wake up, my body feels very stiff. And since I’m only eating liquid foods, I have no strength at all… All I can think about is wanting to eat warm porridge soon..
They say usually after the stitches are removed on day 7, a lot of the swelling goes down, so I plan to endure it well and wait I plan to come write another review later
