(I’ve been to 4 hospitals, and I’m the type who wants a natural look) 1. iWell The hospital where I had my first surgery. I had buried-suture surgery at iWell 7 years ago and was very satisfied, but apparently the director who was there at the time has moved. So I had a consultation with another director, and it wasn’t bad. They designed it as an in-out to inline line. Since it was the first hospital I visited this time around, there were also things I didn’t ask very thoroughly. But when I looked at reviews, all the lines were too dramatic, and there weren’t any reviews with the natural line I want, so I wasn’t really drawn to it. Still, it’s a hospital where I’ve had surgery before, and they have an anesthesiology specialist.
2. Eye Contact A friend had it done here recently and it turned out well, but it’s a private clinic, so I’m worried because there’s no anesthesiology specialist. My friend didn’t wake up well from anesthesia, so instead of waking up in 5 minutes, she couldn’t wake up for over an hour. That suddenly really scared me. But I like the reviews here better, and I liked the line the director designed here more.
If I had to choose between the two, which would be better? Or should I keep going to consultations until I find somewhere I feel more certain about? Before seeing the notice here, I had already paid deposits at both places, but I’m of the mindset that losing the deposit is better than botching the surgery, so that doesn’t matter much. But I really, really want to get the surgery done soon. The surgery date is already set for next week.
