Posting my nose surgery review. I had a bit of a bulbous nose look, so I wanted a sharper-looking nose and got surgery. It doesn’t show that much, but I think you have to accept that it’s a little noticeable when viewed from below! Not a scar, just the overall feel..? If you have a bulbous nose look, I highly recommend nostril reduction... I think it definitely changes the image. But what I’m disappointed about is that they couldn’t shave down the pillar? next to the nasal bone..
