This is the third plastic surgery specialty clinic I applied to consult with.
I requested a cosmetic surgery consultation because it is a specialist plastic surgery clinic, and I found it trustworthy that he has been running the clinic in almost the same location for 20 years.
After the consultation started, the director came in and asked what I wanted to have done.
I said I wanted to undergo cosmetic surgery overall toward this kind of image.
I am thinking about both eyes and nose, and I am also considering orthodontic treatment and mandibular advancement surgery.
And I said I wanted to have rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage.
I told him that.
He looked at the analyzed CT images and examined my face in detail, then said we should proceed with a nasal line that suits my image and an inline double eyelid, and that using autologous costal cartilage would be good.
He said it would cost a lot for surgery, but that it was okay.
I also asked whether advancing the chin would help improve my image, and whether facial contouring would be necessary.
He said my current image is not actually bad, and although I have a retruded chin, it would probably be enough to correct it slightly with an implant.
He kept asking what I was curious about, so I asked the questions that came to mind and the ones I had prepared, and he answered them.
He told me not to try to do everything all at once, and that after setting the overall framework, if it still feels like things have not improved, it would not be too late to add more then.
I got sufficient answers.
When I asked during the consultation, he said there were almost no complaints.
Consultation completed.
During the consultation with the manager as well, she said there are very few cases of dissatisfaction after surgery, and because the director handles all surgery schedules by himself, his schedule is fully booked for three months.
I said I am currently thinking about treating my retruded chin and orthodontics first, so I would like to schedule surgery after three months have passed following that surgery.

The director has an impressive career, and seeing that he has stayed in one place for 20 years makes him feel really trustworthy.
I still have two more clinics left that I applied to consult with, so I am not sure whether there will be a clinic I feel a little more drawn to.
