Before<before procedure>Before<before procedure>After<after procedure>After<after procedure>Hello~ I brought another review today. Today, my weight is down 0.5 kg compared with last week lol. Still, last week it was exactly the same as the week before, not even a 0.1 kg difference, so I was disappointed, but this week the weight went down, so I’m happy haha. But last week, my waist circumference had gone down by 2.4 cm compared with before, which was surprising. My weight was the same though lol. This week too, I think it went down by about 1 cm compared with last week haha. Maybe because of that, pants that didn’t fit before now close, and it even felt like there was a little extra room in the back. I feel really good. There isn’t much aftercare left now, but I’m going to work hard for the remaining 2 weeks too and try to change the first digit of my weight!! It would be really nice if I could lose even more than 62 kg lol. These days I’m just doing it while thinking I can eat and manage it comfortably. Everyone, work hard on your summer diet!
