Before/afterI got rhinoplasty from Director Jung Min-soo at Link Plastic Surgery Clinic~! These photos are from about 2 months after surgery!
*Reason for choosing the hospital I had a lot of concerns about choosing a hospital, but Link Plastic Surgery Clinic had many reviews, so I went there for my first consultation. First of all, it seemed like they adjusted appointments well so there wouldn’t be much waiting, so I liked that I could get the consultation quickly! The hospital atmosphere was also very clean, and the calm music always playing made it feel peaceful, which was nice haha I had the consultation with the consultant, and even though I went without properly thinking through what kind of look I wanted, she immediately recognized that I preferred a natural look haha (I highly recommend bringing photos!!) I liked that she explained well roughly what kind of result could be achieved, and I wanted to get my nose and eyes done together, and was told that the director is good at both. After that, I had a consultation with Director Jung Min-soo. I only said that I wished I had more of a nasal bridge, but he recommended only the procedures needed for me to get the result I wanted. Alar reduction, silicone insertion to correct a short nose, and columella support using the nasal septum After hearing the detailed explanation, I chose the hospital! They explained everything kindly, so I think it’s a good place even for a first consultation!
*Good points + thoughts Honestly, I had seen a lot of news about doctors being switched and things like that, and that was my biggest concern, but during the surgery the director kept chatting softly with the nurses, so I felt reassured lol The anesthesia was really light, so during eye surgery they had me open my eyes once to check, and during nose surgery they kept talking to me, so I felt reassured! There were no special issues during surgery, and after it ended they told me to rest in the recovery room, but I didn’t really feel dizzy or anything, so I think I came out quickly and went home. I could have walked home easily, but I took a car because I was worried I might bump into something~ It’s close to the station, so I think taking the subway would also be totally possible! A week later, after they removed the nasal splint, I received a swelling laser? treatment, and I think it was really effective! My friend complimented me, saying my swelling went down really well haha At that time I saw the director once, and then you see him again about one to two months later. Overall, I was very satisfied with my eye and nose surgery, so I don’t think I had many things to ask the hospital. But the consultant kindly answers via KakaoTalk. They also explained the preoperative precautions and aftercare methods in really great detail, which was nice!
