Before/after/after/after I was really on edge because capsular contracture was stressing me out so much, but now I can finally live comfortably. With capsular contracture, unless you are extremely sensitive, you really may not know when it comes early. Does it feel like it is clumping up because you are a bit tired? It may have felt like what comes after drinking a lot early after surgery or exercising too intensely. I was even told it was stage 3, and looking back, I think that was what it was like. Since the contracture happened just one year after surgery, I was really upset and felt like it was unreal, but the shape on the left side gradually became more and more distorted, so I had no choice but to have revision surgery. The process was hell, but they also did well with increasing the size more than the first time as I had hoped, and above all, the shape is so natural. I just hope nothing happens from now on.
