Since I was young, the fat under my eyes had sagged, but I had no concept of under-eye fat repositioning or anything like that. I started wearing makeup in college, and I wondered why I looked so tired.. It wasn't even dark circles In my late 20s, I learned about under-eye fat repositioning and got the surgery right away. Ha, the world changed.. But why don't other people notice^^? lol But the effect is definitely there. I would absolutely not skip it just because others can't tell lol Now it's been over 6 years since the surgery. Anyway, what I felt while consulting around and having the surgery was
1. Do it quickly in your 20s. If you just leave it, deep wrinkles form along that line. 2. Even if you reposition it, it's fat, so over time it sags again. You may end up doing it again in your 50s-60s. Even people who didn't have it will develop it then because it sags. 3. Don't do removal + fat grafting; repositioning is the most natural.
