Time really flies these days ㅠㅠ Before surgery, with a nervous heart, I wondered, like the breast-surgery seniors... would the day come when I could confidently show them off and go around? I’m still a baby among the seniors, but I’m glad I can still give fresh information to the total babies who are still hesitating ㅎㅎ

To neatly summarize my condition now at two months! When lying on my side or lying face down, it has become comparatively extremely natural, so if my arm hurts while using my phone, it’s only natural now that I just lie on my side and use my phone!
These days I even forget that I had surgery, but the sensation still hasn’t completely returned, so I’m hoping time passes quickly ㅠ_ㅠ
Once again, accurately! I’ll summarize •ᴗ•
Implants ⤏ Motiva (left: 300, right: 355) Progress so far ⤏ 1) Wore a compression bandage on the day of surgery, mostly lay down and rested because of the anesthesia, and occasionally went on slow walks around the neighborhood by myself ⤏ Took the painkillers given by the hospital until week 1 + occasionally one Tylenol, and after that, no pain X 2) Because the surgery date was Friday, the compression bandage was removed on Monday, and I wore the upper band + compression garment until one month ⤏ There was slight discomfort with raising my arms, running, (until week 1, writing with force in my arm or pumping shampoo), getting up alone after lying down, stretching my arms far, and lifting heavy items (like a bag with several books) * Personally, I recommend resting until day 4 after surgery! But I did feel that the more I went outside and walked around, the faster I recovered. * I really, really recommend not skipping postoperative visits to the hospital to check your progress! 3) ~ At two months, I think the swelling has probably all gone down, and the shape seems almost settled. Other than the texture gradually becoming softer, there are no discomforts or side effects X
