Concern after revision eye surgery consultations

During winter break in 10th grade, I had double eyelid surgery by partial incision + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty. I disliked inner double eyelids, but it became an inner double eyelid, so the line did not show at all. At age 20, I had revision surgery only for the double eyelid into an outline crease, and now I am in my late 20s. As the fat in my upper eyelids has gradually sagged, it is swallowing up the double eyelid line in the center.. I had consultations at 3 places, and what they all said in common was either a forehead lift or raising the double eyelid line, but then this would be my 3rd double eyelid surgery... ​ The first hospital said to do an incision, re-create the current line a little stronger as it is, and remove fat. ​ The second hospital said to raise it with natural adhesion, and that there is no need to do an incision again. If I want fat removal, then incision, but it would not be dramatic. But when I saw them marking the line there, it was not good.. The doctor was a bit young, and did not seem to know upper blepharoplasty.. They said a forehead lift would make me look more refreshed, but at my current age they do not recommend it. The third hospital said the double eyelid line is fine, so should we lift the sagging with upper blepharoplasty? They said if my original double eyelid scar was severe, the scar may actually decrease after surgery, and that even slightly lifting the sagging eyelid fat would give the feeling I want. They said things like a forehead lift are better done when I am older, and that many young people do upper blepharoplasty these days. If I raise the line with double eyelid surgery, it feels a bit too much.. I do want an outline crease, but when the line was raised there, something looked strange and I did not like it. I think it would be enough to keep the line as is and only lift the sagging upper eyelid, but they say people in their 20s do not usually do upper blepharoplasty.. so I am thinking about it.
