I went at my reserved time and they proceeded right away. I had a CT scan, consulted with the consultant, then met the director for a consultation. He said the support column had been built sturdily and well, and that since my nose looks blunt, it would be good to raise it a bit and do an osteotomy. He said it could be done with ear cartilage. Everywhere else told me to remove costal cartilage and use that.. There is less psychological pressure, but the surgery cost is the same as other places that use autologous costal cartilage.... So I felt a bit upset. Also, it has been exactly 6 months since my revision surgery.. They said that if I want to see more effect at the nasal tip, it would be better to wait a bit before doing it. My nasal tip is still hardㅠ. They said my skin might not stretch.. I want my blunt nose to look sharper.
Anyway, they said it would be a simple surgery, so I felt reassured.. But The Nan and OM recommended waiting at least 1 year, so I’m thinking it over. There was no CT consultation fee, and both the director and consultant were kind and explained everything well. Their advice to wait for a good result makes me feel drawn to The Nan and OM. My nasal tip is really the problem
