I got a semi-upturned nose line and regretted it so badly, so I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage 3 weeks ago. Right now, both nostrils look the same. Of course there’s swelling, but can the nostril shape also look different because of swelling, or can it change from here? I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and the ointment that ㅊㅇㅊㄹ gave me, they told me to start applying it like massaging it in from one month after surgery. If I don’t apply this, the scar will be really dark, right If I apply the ointment, will the scar go away? It won’t disappear completely, right? It’ll just get lighter, right..? Everyone who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, how did you manage your scar? Did you go separately to a dermatologist for treatment?
