I'm 20 days post-op after my previous nose surgery.. From when the splint was first put on.. and even after it was removed, the nasal tip looked severely crooked, and even now at day 20, it's still quite like that.. They say it may be swelling and that we should wait and watch, but overall it feels tilted to the right.. I didn't want revision surgery, so I intentionally paid more than at other clinics to have it done.. Could it be swelling.. My philtrum and the very tip of my nose are moving in completely opposite directions.
