It’s been almost two months since I had revision surgery because after my first surgery, my nose shape was crooked and breathing through one side was uncomfortable,, At first, because of the breathing issue, I mainly looked into hospitals that focus on functional rhinoplasty, but I couldn’t find anywhere where I liked the line too, so I had a consultation at a place that only does cosmetic rhinoplasty. After hearing the director’s explanation, I thought it might be improved, so I ended up having the surgery. And the result is that even my breathing has become so much!!!! more comfortable They said there are limits to perfectly correcting asymmetry and the crooked part, but I think it was corrected even better than I expected. The central column of my nose and the cartilage were slightly bent, so I was told they would straighten and reposition the lower?.. cartilage and do spreader grafting?... or something like that. The crooked appearance from the front has been completely corrected, and I’m especially reaaaally, extremely satisfied with the side line ㅠㅠ I had no swelling from the start, so after removing the splint, I just went around normally right away! They said that even after one month it’s not the stabilization period yet, so I should be careful for 3 months, so I’m drinking alcohol while controlling it moderately. I just hope I can keep living with it like this for the rest of my life without any issues ㅠㅠ The bottom two photos are my nose before surgery ㅠ
