Honestly, I didn't have enough pain or swelling for it to bother me, so I think recovery felt easier haha For my eyes, where I had double eyelid surgery by natural adhesion, the major swelling was all gone in a week, and even though my nose was a revision surgery, it wasn't severe either. Everything was fine except the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested felt a bit sore. That sore feeling is only in the beginning, and once time passes and you get used to it, it gets okay! haha I really wanted to manage the scar carefully, so I consistently applied scar cream to the harvested area.
There are 3 big things I felt after my revision rhinoplasty succeeded haha
1. My facial features look more defined! 2. Before revision surgery, I avoided photos taken from the side, but now I don't care what angle they're taken from! 3. I feel confident even bare-faced!
I think those 3 are the biggest advantages! The nose design I had wanted since my first surgery came out well this time, so I'm really satisfied, and even though it was revision surgery, it was fascinating that even the minor swelling already seems almost all gone,,,
For my eyes, I didn't get too greedy and just made my existing double eyelid line clearer with natural adhesion,, I trusted the doctor when he said it could become sufficiently defined with natural adhesion. I think I'm satisfied because my eye shape came out naturally glamorous enough without necessarily getting an incision,,
Still, since this was also revision surgery, I'm planning to keep taking photos regularly and record things diligently until the 1-year mark!! Leaving a record every month makes me spend more time dressing up for myself and makes me feel like I'm caring for myself, so I like it,, I hope everyone also cherishes themselves, so don't get plastic surgery just anywhere, do your consultations thoroughly, and I hope you get successful results,,!!
