I didn’t have time because of work, so I once had square jaw surgery done from behind the ear. Behind the ear is really not recommended!!!!! There’s zero effect from the front... and a scar remains anyway When I think about the pain, I think it would’ve been better to just do it properly. I regret doing the quick version because of time. From the side, it does give a softer image, but I want to do it again. The front-facing effect mattered more than the side effect.
