I had a 15-minute zygoma reduction about 8 years ago, and I'm very satisfied. The surgery time was short, and I didn't really have any pain afterward. However, I can't say there is absolutely no sagging of the cheek fat. But for me, my cheekbones definitely became smaller enough that I can accept that part, so I'm very satisfied.
