I had it done in July 2020 at a famous breast reduction surgery clinic in Seoul, and now I'm in my 3rd year. I think there are pros and cons. It's been a long time since the surgery, and I'll answer honestly based on what I felt. I was a 75H size, and after the reduction I went down to 75C! Now I've also lost 10 kg, so I'm about a 75A-B.
