Can I wear makeup before going to a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning? I have plans in Gangnam that day and all, but from what I saw, people say it’s better not to wear makeup if possible I just made reservations at a few hospitals that are supposedly known for under-eye procedures, like ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅇㅅㅋ, and ㅎㅂㄴ. Would makeup really not matter?
