Even after getting nose filler, there wasn't much front-view effect and it looked even wider, so I decided to get nose surgery. I had nose surgery and nostril reduction together, and now there is almost no scarring. People I know also say it turned out well, and sometimes when I take photos, even I get surprised. I had heard from people around me that it can get lower over time, so I thought that couldn't be helped, but even compared with before, it hasn't noticeably gotten lower or anything. Even when wearing glasses, I tried as much as possible not to touch my nose, so maybe that's why! I don't know if it's because I'm not sensitive, but the nose height is staying well maintained. The side profile is like that too, but for me, the nostrils themselves became smaller from the front, so the front-view effect is the biggest. After doing my nose, I'm unnecessarily getting interested in other areas these days too lol
