Revision eye surgery

It’s been 2 weeks since my double eyelid surgery, and as the swelling goes down, it’s gradually turning into hidden double eyelids, so I’m getting more and more worried My eyes are naturally sunken, I have a lot of fat around my eyes, my skin isn’t thin, and the distance between my eyes and eyebrows isn’t very wide either, so I thought that if the line was set high, I might end up with sausage-like eyes. So both the director who performed the surgery and I agreed to go for a natural, thin in-out line, and since I wanted my eyes to look more open, I had all the canthoplasty procedures done too. But as the swelling goes down, it’s gradually settling into an inner double eyelid/inline where only the end of the line is visible.. In conclusion, I think the surgery itself was done really well.. There are no side effects, and the double eyelid line sometimes shows too. The doctor did the surgery well, but I wanted an in-out line, so I’m upset that it became an inline.. Would revision surgery be possible for a reason like this? But since the clinic did the surgery well, I feel kind of sorry saying I’m not satisfied, and I have an appointment at the clinic next week, but I don’t know what I should say to the doctor… Anyway, even after spending money, seeing eyes I’m not happy with makes me sad
