Before <before liposuction procedure> After <after liposuction procedure> After <before and after liposuction procedure> There are probably many people with lower-body obesity planning liposuction for the holiday, right? As someone 3 months post-procedure, I'll share my review and care tips!!
First of all, I had typical lower-body obesity, and because I'm short, my thighs made me look even heavier Luckily my upper body was thin enough for bones to show, so if I covered only my lower body, I did look thin haha But then I gained even more weight from there, so I started feeling really rushed So I rode the year-end boost and got liposuction at the end of November too!
People in the early stage with major swelling are probably really worried whether things are going properly, but in my case it started going down from week 2, so don't be too sad. Eat well, definitely do cardio so your blood circulation is good. I started interval cardio from month 2, and I regret not starting a bit earlier
It definitely seemed like weight loss and body-fat breakdown were faster up to month 3. I'm almost at the end now, so the boost is about to disappear, and I'm feeling really rushed After doing it, the inner thighs may feel a bit tight, but even if it hurts a little, stretch them out well so they don't stiffen as they are. Especially for aftercare, even if it's bothersome, I recommend getting it consistently!
For thighs, the fibrotic lumps don't loosen as easily as expected, and the inner side is hard to manage at home too, so I recommend doing aftercare somewhere that can do it effectively. I'm getting extracorporeal shock wave therapy every week. I extended it twice and have no regrets. I'm completely satisfied. Even when my thighs get tight from exercising when I normally didn't, after shock wave therapy they hurt but become totally soft, so I'm getting my money's worth;
And don't just eat whatever because you've gotten thinner. Everyone has to keep dieting steadily. Just because your body looks slimmer doesn't mean all the body fat is gone!!! I hope everyone can shake off their complex by the coming summer, travel happily with a pretty figure, and wear pretty clothes too You might be hesitating because you missed the holiday timing, but what I did was a procedure, so recovery was relatively fast. I could go to work right away the next day, so I recommend it,, Personally, it's the procedure I'm most satisfied with among the things I've invested in for myself:)
Happy New Year, everyone, and let's become prettier ^0^>
