Nose filler definitely loses its shape more as time passes, so I think it would be better to either dissolve it or get rhinoplasty instead. Since you eventually end up thinking about surgery again someday, I don’t think there’s really any reason to get nose filler If I could go back, I think I’d get surgery right away
