Top Tier, View I had consultations for revision eye surgery at two places. Honestly, since Top Tier is a one-doctor clinic, if I only look at the director, I like Top Tier more, but I want to make my eyes a bit more glamorous and create an out-fold double eyelid. At Top Tier, the director strongly advised against an out-fold, saying my eyes would have difficulty achieving it But at View, maybe because the director’s style is more glamorous, they first said it would look pretty even if I made it glamorous with an out-fold. I don’t know which one to trust. View is such a large clinic, so I also have some distrust toward large clinics, but still, I think the results didn’t look bad..
