After-before-after-after-after-before-after I still have severe scar tissue and still feel like someone is pulling on my chin~★ Sometimes my pronunciation leaks, and it’s true that pronouncing “o” or “u” inside my mouth is still uncomfortable. The incision area inside my mouth is near the gums, so it bothers me, and I still have a lot of tightness. (I started smoking from around 2 or 3 weeks after surgery. Since the end of last year, I’ve been using liquid e-cigarettes instead of regular cigarettes.)
For my nose, I often get thick nasal discharge. Sometimes the discharge smells too. I was worried about contraction, but fortunately it doesn’t seem to be that. A cavity split vertically, so I need an implant. The line connecting from the lower jaw on the left and right sides of my face to the square jaw is different.. The right side feels a bit more hollowed in. Since it’s done by a person, there is a concern that asymmetry can happen. Even though I don’t have much facial fat, once the bone was cut, there was nowhere for it to attach, so the fat with nowhere to go sagged right away. + A slight nasojugal fold formed and jowls developed (because the cheekbones were also cut)
Taking all of this into account, my satisfaction at 10 months is 80%. I plan to start scar tissue treatment this year. For additional procedures, lip filler and forehead filler haha
Still, wherever I go, I hear that I’m pretty, so I feel good My head is naturally large, so even after cutting bone, my large face didn’t shrink dramatically, but after more than a year, I’m planning to get lifting and receive manual facial contour massage because of my facial width... (You know that with facial contouring, even just lifting costs a huge amount for aftercare, right? You have to be prepared before jumping in..)
Because of my age (mid-30s), once the bone was resected, sagging came right away. After going through all these issues, I’m still not tremendously satisfied with my facial line Even so, I think I’m glad I did it.... If you’re like me and are ready to seriously accept everything, then go for it. These days, people get 3 types of facial contouring even when their face shape doesn’t really call for it;;;; don’t do that, seriously... Only people with severe cases like mine should consider it carefully.. I’d want to discourage most ordinary cases^^ My nose was originally big, deviated, and low, and because my mouth is small, correcting the bulbous nose was more urgent than raising the nasal bridge, so I’m satisfied with my nose. But when cleaning inside your nose, don’t use your finger. People who had bulbous nose surgery must only use cotton swabs lolololol They say it stretches
Anyway, I hope this helps. After surgery, as I became prettier, the way people around me treated me changed a lot too lol It’s to the point where every man who sees me likes me, and it’s annoying.. I’m not even that pretty ㅡㅅㅡ
