First of all, my bulbous nose had not been properly improved either, so I was not very satisfied, but since even the nasal dorsum had bent inward in an unattractive way, revision surgery was necessary for me. Fortunately, I asked people around me and made a list of places said to be good at noses. It has been about a month since I safely finished surgery, so I am done resting and am living actively now.
Maybe because my face is large, I have not really been told that my swelling looks worse than expected lol I am satisfied because they adjusted the nose line appropriately on their own. I think the epicanthoplasty also turned out just right, without being excessive. For the materials, they used septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge, and since it has only been about a month, I am exercising hard to reduce swelling.
