Male bulbous nose surgery, 3 months post-op

Before and after. I’m a man and it has been three months since my nose surgery. I had the surgery with Director Kim Da-alm at Obli Plastic Surgery in Gangnam. The surgical areas were the nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) and silicone on the nasal bridge (custom implant), raising it about 3.8 mm based on the glabella. The reason I decided to have surgery was that my wide, spread-out nose seemed to ruin the image of my face, and I thought that changing only my nose would improve my impression quite a bit. Also, I briefly woke up during the surgery, and when I felt the touch of the hands and the sensation during suturing, I really felt that the doctor was very delicate. Besides that, the staff were truly kind, and choosing this clinic seems to have been perfect. It has now been three months, and I am still really satisfied. As each day passes, seeing the swelling and scar tissue go down makes me feel really good. Until the one-month mark, the swelling went down rapidly, and from after two months I could feel it settling into place. Scar tissue started forming from the second week, and after a month it reached its peak. Don’t panic at that time; if you just wait, it will subside. It started going down from the second month, and now about 70% has gone down, and I think the remaining scar tissue will slowly go away too.
