I had experience with eye surgery, but it was my first time for my nose, so until the splint came off and I could properly see my nose in the mirror, I was half excited and half looking forward to it. But after the splint came off, maybe because of the swelling, my nose seemed really high, so I got anxious and kept contacting the clinic lol (still, they listened to everything and explained calmly)
Maybe because I tend to swell a lot, my eye lines also seemed uneven, so I thought I was in big trouble and got really impatient... But the clinic reassured me and said we should watch it over time, and that they would provide swelling laser and care anytime. I think I was seriously lacking patience.. It hadn’t even been 1 month yet...
Now it’s been a little over a month since surgery, and as my eyes and nose go through recovery, they seem to be gradually settling in lol. I’m curious how long it takes to fully settle..!
