Sharing my consultation tour review because I’m thinking of getting facial liposuction….
Usually, places push thread lifting so damn hard with facial liposuction, but my face isn’t lacking elasticity and I’m not that old either, so if they strongly recommended lifting during the consultation, I immediately got turned off^^
Dㅇ: The price came out much higher than I expected. I went because I thought it might be an affordable clinic, so it was just so-so… The pressure to get lifting was pretty intense, so it was already out. It wasn’t even dissolvable thread, but like rubber bands…? threads…? I was thinking, I’m not middle-aged, are they crazy…? honestly.. There are maybe 2 aftercare sessions, and they didn’t give a definite answer about AS.
MㅇDㅇ: The doctor looked really freaking busy, so I got a bit turned off^^… The clinic facilities were clean, and it felt like they probably have a lot of foreign clients The thread lifting price was on the affordable side, and the liposuction price was also affordable. The number of aftercare sessions seems to be decided after the doctor checks…
Sㄱ: The clinic is clean and big. If you write a review, the price is decent too. If you have a referral from an acquaintance, it feels like they’d take good care of aftercare? I liked that the doctor looked carefully at my facial structure, but somehow I didn’t feel fully convinced. They said they do AS, and the basic aftercare is 1 session; extra sessions are 100,000 won or 110,000 won or so… They said it’s a clinic that does a lot of facelifts, so I felt like they’d probably do facial liposuction well too…? They also seem to do a lot of double-chin tying, but they didn’t strongly recommend it to me.
DㅌJㄹB: It’s famous, so I went once. The clinic is small and somehow… didn’t look exactly systematic. Another clinic criticized them, saying this place doesn’t have a specialist^^ It felt like they recommended only what was necessary, and the director was okay. They also said there was no need for thread lifting. The price wasn’t bad either, but aftercare wasn’t included in the event price, so I was a bit torn. If I wanted aftercare, they said it would be an extra 220,000 won or so. If you have a lot of fat, it seems they charge extra based on BMI…? I’m not sure.
BD: I saw this place here and there in another liposuction cafe, so I went once. First of all, the price is freaking, freaking super cheap. The compression band is maybe 20,000 won if paying cash? The clinic is really cramped, and I got the feeling, they do surgery here…? On their website, there’s something like lifetime responsibility guarantee? or something, but they said it doesn’t apply to the face^^ No matter how simple the surgery is, it’s the face, so I asked various things… Hmm, if you look at it positively, you could say they’re full of confidence, but personally, they’re the type I can’t trust… An acquaintance also went for a consultation but didn’t do it because the doctor was totally not good And instead of the manager I saw in reviews, it seems there’s a different manager there now, and the power struggle was intense^^… I couldn’t help but laugh, thinking there are still clinics that play power games during consultations these days… If you want to get liposuction really cheaply, I’d recommend at least a consultation… Ah, they have CCTV, but they said they won’t show it unless you come with the police
TㅇP: The clinic facilities are clean. The price isn’t bad, aftercare is unlimited, they say AS is possible, and they have CCTV… It seems they stitch up about one incision where the cannula goes in? It felt generally and comfortably okay. The doctor consultation somehow… I don’t remember it… But they said a different doctor from the one I consulted with would do the surgery, so I was like, what…???
RSP: It’s right in front of the station, so the location is decent. Seems like they have a lot of foreign clients?? This place is cheap too, but the compression band costs 50,000 won. It felt like they’d take good care of aftercare, and a female director does the liposuction surgery; she was calm and spoke gently, so she was okay. But I got the feeling her experience might be a bit short? She seemed to pursue a safe approach without doing excessive liposuction. The clinic does have a separate anesthesiology director.
What they all had in common is that they all do hand-made technique, almost all have CCTV, and for double-chin liposuction, since it’s a simple surgery, an anesthesiologist doesn’t come in separately. They all seem to do up to around 4 surgeries a day.
I haven’t decided yet either, but I hope this helps everyone considering facial liposuction~~~
