<Current state of my loosened eyes><The double eyelid line I want from my own eyes><Eye condition around half a year after surgery>I had my first surgery 4 years ago with buried sutures for an in-out to semi-out line, and maybe because the line was set high, it came undone in less than a year. I’ve been to 4 clinics in Seoul: ㄴㅅ@•ㅈㅇㅈ@•ㅇㅇcon•ㅇㅇ@ㅌ and 1 local clinic.
At two places, they recommended incision (it felt like, “It came undone, so revision surgery absolutely has to be incisional”; one place said things that were theoretically correct, but the conclusion was that I needed everything, with way too many unnecessary options added;), and at the other two clinics, they said non-incisional was possible. The clinic where I initially made a surgery reservation firmly said no incision from the start, but also said my eyes didn’t seem like they needed a full incision, so they told me to choose between natural adhesion and partial incision.. Even if there isn’t a big difference, I want even a slightly lower chance of it coming undone, so I’m thinking partial incision might be better. But my eyes are on the protruding side, so there isn’t much flesh at the inner corner and middle area, and it’s concentrated toward the outer part. So if I do partial incision, I wonder if it would be better to cut a little more toward the outer side, but this place said they only make about a 0.5 cm incision at the inner corner area depending on the eye I’m curious if that’s how it’s usually done, and I’m also confused about whether it’s right to leave a scar just to make it come undone a little less.. When I make a double eyelid, the inner corner of my eye looks somewhat blocked, so I’m really torn between adding inner canthoplasty/upper canthoplasty here or instead trying natural adhesion with mild ptosis correction.. They said my eye-opening strength isn’t weak, and since I don’t want a high line, I don’t think ptosis correction is necessarily needed.. What should I do If it’s partial incision, they just make the openings a little bigger, right? Does fat removal also go in? And if I want the inner corner to show along the line I want, would canthoplasty be the right choice too? The surgery is right around the corner, so I’ve become so worried.
