After having a consultation at DA Plastic Surgery, I was recommended to use rib cartilage. In my case, because I have a short nose, the main plan was to lower the nasal tip and extend the columella to lengthen the nose. I ended up doing it together with rhinitis surgery, and the price range was higher for the rib cartilage harvesting cost than for the nose surgery... lol
