Busan rhinoplasty 4th consultation, Gallery Plastic Surgery

After consultations at ㅎㄴ, ㅇㅇㄴㅇ, and ㄴㄹㅇ earlier, I had a consultation today with Director Jeong at Gallery. I had the consultation with the director first, then consulted with the manager. It took about 30-35 minutes total, so it was the shortest consultation. They said they don’t do functional nose surgery here from the start. At the previous clinics, I had also definitely been thinking about using an implant, but since there were many reviews from everyone here about non-implant rhinoplasty too, I told them I had also considered doing it without an implant here. Also, the previous clinics didn’t mention osteotomy, but Gallery did mention osteotomy. Of course, if I don’t want it, I don’t have to do it. But they showed before-and-after comparison photos, saying that for noses with a hump, when osteotomy is done, the nasal line becomes a bit slimmer and looks prettier, so that made me think about it again. During the consultation with the director, the director drew pictures while assessing it. They looked at it for about 10-15 minutes. When I talked about concerns like these kinds of side effects, they said it would absolutely not turn out that way and seemed confident? about it. They quoted in the 3 million won range regardless of choosing hump correction + septal cartilage + osteotomy + implant! It was exactly clean-cut, with no additional requests like review discounts. After surgery, 3 or 4 visits, only swelling care, and it seems there isn’t separate scar care provided! (They said they have a scar-care device and can do it if I want, but it’s not included as a default.) They said they provide A/S for side effects and similar issues for 1 year after surgery. The manager didn’t feel extremely kind, but also didn’t feel unkind, exactly in the middle. There are fewer Gallery reviews than I expected, so I’m debating!
