Consultation review for ㅍㄹㅁ

I went for a removal consultation at ㅍㄹㅁ, and I heard a lot of positive things considering the materials and manipulation involved. The cost was also within the range I expected, so it was okay. I had prepared a huge list of questions, and many of them were about my original nose, but after touching it, he first said he thought it would go back to my original nose, so the number of questions decreased a lot. He also said there was no chance of saddle-nose contracture, and although the removal has to be done through an open approach, he thought recovery would be quick and the swelling probably would not be that severe, so I felt reassured. But one thing I wondered after the consultation was.. it was about cartilage repositioning, you know? I had asked whether cartilage repositioning could cause pinching, and if it is tied, whether dissolvable sutures are used. First, he said that if the nose gets pinched, it means the doctor lacks skill. He said that since they untie what was originally tied and reposition it, making it pinched is an issue with the doctor’s skill. And what I understood the least was.. whether it is tied with dissolvable sutures. When I asked, the director said he originally doesn’t use sutures. He said he does not normally tie it; he just repositions the cartilage exactly back to its original place and closes. In front of the director, I acted like I understood for the time being, but if I went home like that, I felt like it would not have been worth taking the train for several hours, so I asked the consultant again. I said I didn’t really understand what he said earlier.. I asked, if they only reposition it and close without tying it, wouldn’t that alar cartilage spread apart again? The consultant said to think about my original nose, and asked whether my alar cartilage had originally been spread apart. She said that since when it was my original nose, that alar cartilage position had stayed as it was and had not spread apart, during removal surgery, if it is returned to its original place and left that way, it won’t spread apart.. I’m really curious what principle that is..
