Hehehe, you can probably tell just from the before-before-before photos;; My nose was really, really short~ I had osteotomy done along with the bridge and nasal tip, and I think they really balanced the proportions so well! For reference, I did it with autologous costal cartilage~ Now that it’s been 5 months, it finally looks quite like a proper nose. Before, when it got a little swollen, it had a bit of a bulbous-nose feeling, but now it looks slim and refined, while still having a slightly rounded feel, so it doesn’t look harsh. More than anything.. my side profile is just insane For rhinoplasty.. 45 degrees... 90 degrees... if you want a pretty side profile, you should definitely do it~!
