I’m looking into under-eye fat repositioning surgery, and from reading reviews, it seems like many clinics strongly recommend adding fat grafting almost as a must Has anyone been advised to get fat grafting as well, but only did the repositioning, and then around a year or more later experienced side effects like tear trough hollowness that made them look even more gaunt than before surgery?? I’d like to avoid fat grafting if possible
