But I had a negative view of liposuction and cosmetic procedures, so I wasn’t even thinking about it. Then a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time and my older cousin both looked noticeably smaller, so I asked them how they exercised, and they told me they had arm liposuction. That’s how I looked into arm liposuction and ended up getting it right away. First, I looked up the side effects of liposuction and narrowed down the clinics. When I searched for interviews with medical staff, they all emphasized that a doctor’s skilled experience is the most important thing for liposuction. It’s obvious, but since liposuction isn’t a surgery performed with everything openly exposed, I felt experience mattered even more. I chose a clinic with a director who had a long career, went for consultations, picked the clinic that suited my situation, and had the surgery right away. Since it’s only day 3, my arms feel tight and firm because of the swelling, but I can already see that my upper arms have gotten smaller, so I’m quietly enduring it
