Because I pursue a natural look, I asked them to make the nasal tip not drop like before but still look natural, and they said my nose wouldn’t turn out that way anyway, so I wasn’t worried, but honestly, it really looks like Pinocchio……
Of course the nasal tip will naturally droop and the angle will lower, right? But even if it does lower, I still think it will look upturned. There’s no columella either… Please take a look at my nose
