8-year review of calcium filler

When I was a student, surgery felt burdensome, so I looked into filler, and the director recommended calcium filler instead of regular filler, so I got it about twice at one-year intervals. The needle was a cannula? Something like that. Before getting it, if I said, “I feel like my nose is too low,” people’s reaction was, “Ah, it is a bit low ^^;” But after getting it, they changed to “Your nose is low?” So I think about 60-70% remains. But I don’t know if it’s because of that filler, but ever since getting filler, about 2-3 times a year, my nose periodically swells up a lot for about a week? To the point it hurts when I touch it... It’s not the outside of the nose, and not inside the nostrils either, but it feels like the inside of the nasal skin is swelling? And of all places, it’s exactly where the filler injection needle was inserted, so it bothers me even more.
