I heard that Director Kim specializes in removing foreign materials such as fillers, so I specifically requested a consultation with him. The filler spreading across the nasal bridge and the poor line were one thing, but I decided on surgery because the inflammatory reaction, itching, and swelling symptoms kept getting worse day by day.. (I only understood why people advise against fillers after experiencing it myself, and if your goal is overall shape improvement, choose surgery instead of filler.)
They said dissolving the filler can absolutely never remove it 100% cleanly, and on the day of surgery, they need to scrape out and remove all of what remains in one go. (They said in most cases, whitish remnants are left.) They said removing this kind of permanent filler is considered revision surgery, and that scar-tissue removal would also be done together.
CT O Interestingly, they did virtual plastic surgery based on the 3D CT scan. Aside from filler and scar-tissue removal, the recommended materials for rhinoplasty were silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
I felt that the doctor gave an honest diagnosis, and the consultant also did not give the feeling of pushing me to book or insisting that I must have surgery at their clinic.
It is the place I am most drawn to, but I have not paid a deposit yet and am still making my final decision... Other than here, I have been to ㅅㅇ and ㄱㅅ too, so if anyone here is curious about those reviews, I will write them separately!
