I’m posting a review to share what I experienced after surgery!
Overall, I’m satisfied with the surgery, but maybe because there’s weight to them, when I’m standing, I feel like my posture gets thrown off, and I also feel some pulling around the wing-bone area connecting the back of my neck and shoulders... Sometimes on tired days, when I sleep and wake up, that area feels knotted too... (But this is probably because I sleep with my body really stiff and upright so my breasts don’t get pressed while I sleep.)
Now I drink a bit and I’m exercising too! But I’m not used to my breasts shaking when I run or things like that They still don’t feel like my own breasts. I think it’ll take at least 6 months.
These days, when I’m putting on clothes and my chest makes one clunking movement, I get startled and freeze. In the past I could just put clothes on smoothly without thinking, but now it’s not like that
I also had areola reduction done at the same time, and the reddish scars around the areola have settled a lot now, and as the swelling went down, the shape became round too. I think they decreased by about 1 cm, but since the area is what it is I covered it when uploading photos
And after taking the capsular contracture medication, pimples came up. I thought maybe it was because of oily skin or because of the stretch-mark cream.. But it wasn’t that.. it was a medication allergy ㅡㅡ I didn’t know, but when I went to the clinic for follow-up and casually mentioned it without thinking, they said it could be because of the medication. After I stopped the medication, it got better. Everyone, be careful. If you get a skin reaction you never had before, it could be because of the capsular contracture medication At times like that, ask the clinic, even if it’s just in passing like I did!! They checked right away and told me haha Thanks to that, now I’m totally fine. I’m also applying plenty of the stretch-mark cream I had stopped using
