I had nose surgery for functional reasons 6 months ago (deviated septum) Aesthetically, I wanted to raise the bridge just a little and make it look natural
But after getting it done, it became a witch nose, a Pinocchio nose It really doesn’t suit my face, and the tip is way too pointy So a lot of people stare at me I’ve never once been told it looks pretty.... Other patients all seemed to have good results
After 6 months, I scheduled a revision surgery at the same clinic They said they’ll round off and lower the nose tip like that But I’m kind of anxious..... What if it comes out similar again
They say it’s simple if it’s only nose tip surgery I’m going to have the columella brought down a bit more and the nose tip lowered But should I lower the bridge too??? Since they’re opening it anyway, would it be better to lower the bridge too I’m asking for some advice Everyone, please help me
