Before<before surgery>After<1 month later>After<2 months later>After<today>I went for a consultation after seeing my younger cousin, whom I met during Chuseok last year, get double eyelid surgery at ㅍㄹㅁㅅ and have a glow-up even before the Blue Dragon of 2024. My cousin said she did natural adhesion, so I naturally thought I could get natural adhesion too, but after the director examined me, he said I had a lot of eye fat and my skin was on the thicker side, so I needed incisional surgery. Damn.. haha First, I booked the surgery with plenty of time, around mid-November, and looked up incisional double eyelid surgery, but swelling and scars really varied so much from person to person that I think I spent the entire month of October worrying about double eyelid surgery.. Still, whenever I had questions and contacted the clinic from time to time, they always replied kindly, so maybe because of that, I thought I could trust them and leave it to them, and I felt they wouldn’t be the kind of place to ignore me after surgery, so I got the surgery on the schedule I had booked.
As a result, if my cousin was the dragon of 2023, I think I became the Blue Dragon of 2024. On the first day after surgery, once the anesthesia wore off, it definitely throbbed and stung, but as time went on it got itchy.. And it didn’t swell as much or bruise as badly as I had worried, but I reduced the time I spent lying down like I’d heard people say and walked incredibly hard, so I even lost some weight. Two birds with one stone, total win. Oh, the photos are in the order of before surgery > 1 month > 2 months, and I’ll have to make sure my future boyfriend never sees the before-surgery photo.
