Stubborn fat that wouldn’t go away was stressing me out, so I finally made up my mind and went around looking into liposuction for my first surgery!
My specs: 166/51. I had consultations for my abdomen and arms together.
1. Petit Party - the quoted price could become +@ (they said if they end up removing more than expected after surgery, the cost would be added later accordingly) They measured InBody, then after consulting with the manager I had a meeting with the doctor. They touched and checked the areas I wanted, but when I asked whether there was any other aftercare for the parts I was worried about, they only answered as if “we won’t know until we try,” so it felt vague.
2. Apgujeong Top Line - the manager I contacted and the manager I consulted with were different. Once I actually went, lots of extra costs were added here and there. When I asked about the areas I was worried about, they just said it would definitely work. I couldn’t meet the doctor.. They didn’t even measure InBody. For now, more than the cost, the consultation personally felt burdensome, so I wrapped it up quickly.
3. Pose Clinic - I had time between consultations, so I searched more and went the same day. The interior looked a bit old. After InBody, they took full-body photos from all sides, showed me the fat thickness with ultrasound, and I had a doctor consultation. Looking at the photos, they told me in advance which areas might not show much effect even if fat was removed. They said depending on the person, removing only an appropriate amount may just feel like tidying up the line. There were no extra charges. Overall, neither the staff nor the doctor were especially friendly, but they weren’t particularly unfriendly either. It felt like they just did exactly what needed to be done.
4. Jewelry Plastic Surgery - they said there wasn’t much to remove, but various costs were added. After InBody and consultation with the manager, I had a doctor consultation, and the doctor touched my skin quality and the areas I wanted and explained things well. While escorting me, everyone at the desk was just on their phones, and even when moving around they only looked at their phones while leading me. They didn’t properly explain changing clothes, so I had to do it twice.
For now, this is how my consultations went, but I think I need to look more! None of the four places charged a separate consultation fee!
