Review of 2 failed surgeries for a long nose and bulbous nose

Hello I’m someone who had surgery twice because of a bulbous nose and long nose, and I’m currently undergoing my third nose surgery. Since I was young, I was stressed because my nose was big and the nasal tip was thick and spread out, so I first got rhinoplasty at age 23. At that time, I had nose surgery using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, plus alar base reduction. Right after the surgery, my nose had been so low that I was only very satisfied that it had become higher, so honestly I didn’t pay attention to the other areas I simply mistook the added height as my nose becoming pretty. But as time passed and nasal tip drooping occurred, my nose not only looked longer, but it also became a straight nose, so at age 26 I had rhinoplasty again. But foolishly, even then I still didn’t know what the problem with my nose was.. I had revision surgery using the opposite ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage, but the long-looking nose was the same, and compared with the first surgery, the nasal tip had become bigger and harder. As I lived stressed out, seeing only my nose whenever I looked in the mirror, a close older friend had nose surgery and came back, and her nose was so pretty. I thought, ah, this is the place, and immediately booked a consultation. When I went for the consultation, the director precisely pointed out the parts I was stressed about and my needs, so I trusted him so much and immediately felt that I should decide on him as my second father lol Right now I’m recovering after surgery, so I’ll come back soon with a post-op review.
