When lying down on or getting up from bed, I hold my breath and do a love dive. Is this what it feels like for your whole body to burn up? When I sneeze, it feels like my whole body gets suddenly beaten up, and the operated areas don't hurt unless touched. But since the swelling and fluid all keep moving downward, my thighs, groin, and vulvar/labial fat? pubic area fat? got so swollen that I thought, this must be what it feels like to have something hanging there. On days 1 and 2, I waddled around like a kid after circumcision so embarrassing, damn...
Honestly, with about a month and a half of intense dieting (diet and exercise), you could make a body like this, but it feels like that effort and pain are compressed into one time and you can make it in just a few days. And the best part is that because the fat cells have all been removed, I may still gain visceral fat, but I like that I won't gain weight as subcutaneous fat there. Getting rid of the lower belly fat that wouldn't go away with dieting is seriously the best.
Day 1: didn't feel like my body, felt like someone else's flesh Day 2: sensation slowly started coming back Day 3: stretching it out well with stretches. Even though it hurt, it felt refreshing? relieving. Since the stitches weren't removed yet, I was careful not to pull around the stitch areas (worried because I have keloid-prone skin) Day 4: the whole-body itching I had only heard about.. hell starts • • • Now I can live a bit like a human? from day 10 Now at week 2, most of the bruising is gone and lying down is okay too There are firm lumps here and there, but the right flank and the left arm/armpit area are severe I had my stitches removed today, and if I disinfect only until tomorrow, from the day after tomorrow I can shower without waterproof bandages, totally possible
But the fluid is all gone and the lines are all set, yet my weight is the same, which is so weirdly fascinating; My belly isn't sticking out either, so why is it the same..? It already looks like a body that succeeded at dieting...??? So strange
