Nose surgery consultation footwork review (please help me decide ㅠㅠ)

I went around for nose surgery consultations (mainly private clinics, not large hospitals)

* ㅇㅇㅂ Plastic Surgery This was a clinic I had high expectations for, but it was more disappointing than I expected. The reason was the consultation. The consultant seemed too overconfident and arrogant, and pressured me way too hard to pay a deposit, so I already had a bad impression from the consultant consultation. The director also seemed rushed, like he wanted to end the consultation quickly and leave, so I came out feeling only disappointed. (Recommended silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, deposit pressure O)

* ㄴㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery The consultant was kind, but compared with other clinics, it felt less professional? It made me wonder, like maybe she hasn’t been a consultant for long? So I was puzzled, but the director’s consultation was very good, so I’m considering it. (Recommended silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, deposit pressure X)

* ㅎㅇㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery When I went to the previous clinics first, even while looking at the CT during consultation, they didn’t mention anything about rhinitis at all. But here, for the first time, they brought up rhinitis and explained that my right side was very blocked / They suggested doing functional rhinoplasty together with cosmetic rhinoplasty, and emphasized that because actual-expense insurance would apply, my out-of-pocket cost would not be much / I liked that both the director and consultant gave a clean and detailed consultation, but I was a little taken aback because the director was not wearing a mask during the consultation.. (Recommended silicone + donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage, deposit pressure X)

* ㅂㅇㅂ Plastic Surgery Here too, like the previous two plastic surgery clinics, the director didn’t really mention rhinitis. So I said that at ㅎㅇㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery, I was told my septum was deviated, the right side was very blocked, and functional rhinoplasty was recommended. The director looked at the CT again and said, “Really? It’s a nose that doesn’t necessarily need functional rhinoplasty,” and even if I did functional rhinoplasty, there was a high chance the insurance company might not reimburse me after surgery, so I might not get the money back. That made me confused, so I’m putting ㅎㅇㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery, which I had originally planned to choose, on hold.. (What they recommended at first was silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. Since I pursue a glamorous style and don’t want revision surgery later, I said I wanted to use costal cartilage, so they recommended silicone + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage, deposit pressure X)

Everyone, which place do you think would be better to choose? ㅠ
