First, the reason the doctor and hospital are private is that I had the procedure done at my parents' hospital. It wasn't a plastic surgery clinic, and the doctor was a specialist in another department, but they did handle simple cosmetic procedures like Botox or fat-dissolving injections. They've now closed their private clinic and returned to a university hospital, though.
Anyway, since I also need to level up, I'll write a very old review.
About 5 years ago, I got PPC + HPL fat-dissolving injections around 4 times.
Because I'm their daughter, I didn't take photos for a review, but I think other patients who came in had photos taken for before-and-after comparisons.
I lay down on something like an operating table, wore a patient gown, and they inserted a cannula-like tube to inject the medication. It was done in several separate injections.
But my body type is slim overall, while only my thighs are very thick and uneven, so it was stressful, you know?
At the time, I got fat-dissolving injections twice for my outer thighs and twice for my inner thighs.
Surprisingly, the cellulite became a little more organized and the line looked slightly smoother.
But the circumference did not shrink at all haha. It really did not shrink at all.
My parents said that the only procedures that dramatically reduce thigh size are liposuction or an extreme cardio-based diet, but honestly, looking at my relatives' legs, I guess this body type is genetic, so maybe it can't be helped.
But my parents are against it for reasons like:
Absolutely no liposuction, it costs at least a solid 5 million won, do you know how many liposuction deaths go unreported every year, side effects definitely happen and tissue deformation occurs, and so on.
Among my parents' friends, there are also many plastic surgery specialists, but they say they absolutely won't introduce me to any haha...

In conclusion, even though I got fat-dissolving injections n times through my parents and even received unlimited aftercare, the effect was minimal. If you're expecting a dramatic effect, I think liposuction, with its risks, is probably the right choice.
I'm still going back and forth over it, but I think liposuction is right for my thighs. My BMI is 19, so why are only my thighs like this... seriously...
