Review a Little Over One Month Later

Before <before surgery> After <after surgery> Underbust: 65 Motiva Full 295 on both sides / inframammary incision

I went to the clinic every week for care until the one-month mark, and it was nice that the director checked me every time~ Unlike large hospitals, I think this is what is really good about private clinics! Detailed care! ^^

For one month, I set a fixed time of 10 p.m. for the capsular contracture medication and took it at the same time every day.

When I woke up in the morning, I did feel a heavy sensation, but other than that, I did not have any particular pain.

It was a little uncomfortable having to sleep flat on my back, but when I stretch, I roll a bit to the right and left haha

At first, my upper breasts were protruding outward, but as time passed, the upper breast volume moved downward.

And I had seen a lot of posts where people said they wished they had gone bigger, and I came to understand why they say that..

As time passes, the swelling goes down, the upper fullness drops downward, and the size decreases a little, so they do become smaller than at first. At first, I was worried that I might have gone too big, but now I actually briefly think maybe I should have gone a little bigger lol

While going to consultations at several clinics, I asked what size could safely fit my body, and I was recommended around Motiva 250~300. Since I had surgery with Motiva Full 295, I did go as large as possible within a safe range. The compression bra the clinic gave me now is 65F, but they recommended a roomier size so my breasts can settle comfortably in their current state.

Right now, my breasts are not yet at the stage where they are gathering toward the center, so I am curious how they will change later once they become softer and the tissue loosens.

From the outside, my clothes fit similarly to how they did before when I wore a padded push-up bra, and because my chest circumference is small, even though I had smaller implants than others, my body itself looks quite voluminous. Maybe human desire has no end, because I do think it might have been okay to go a little bigger, but since I prioritized safety, I am satisfied with the current size. I just hope they do not go down any further from here haha

And I think having surgery in summer is also okay. If you rest for a few days after surgery, do not raise your arms upward, and do not overdo it, I think daily life is manageable~

For those considering surgery, I think it is good to carefully think about your own body characteristics, discuss those aspects with the director as well, and choose a director who examines everything thoroughly~ For me, in that sense, I think it was better that the director was a woman of the same gender, because she examined my body more delicately~ I hope everyone goes for consultations in person and makes a good choice~ ^^
