6-Month Review of Square Jaw Surgery at Note

Before Before After This is finally my 6-month review The before-and-after difference is legendary.. From around month 5, the swelling kept going down.. When I look at photos from then, my cheeks were totally puffed up.. hahaha At the time, I thought a lot of the swelling had gone down, but looking at it now, I looked like a chipmunk.. My mouth opens wide enough for 4 fingers to fit in comfortably, and when I chew, I don’t really think about it at all.. It feels completely like my own jaw? Only the front chin still feels like it hasn’t fully come back? But even that feels like it’s coming back with time. Before, even when I touched it, it felt kind of numb, and I didn’t really notice if food got on it, but now I can feel it right away? I feel like it will definitely improve once it has been 1 year.. And the swelling beside the corners of my mouth, like candy swelling, really isn’t going down... But then when I look at earlier photos, it also seems like it is going down..? If it still hasn’t gone down after 1 year, I’m thinking I’ll just assume it has sagged and get lifting.. haha I’m very satisfied with the surgery. You can tell from the pre-op photos.. I had a real square jaw lol I think, “It was this severe??” and feel that getting surgery was really the right choice. It feels like more than half of my facial area disappeared..?? After surgery, my self-esteem went way up too.. The days when my jaw was my complex feel like a past life.. Anyway, I’m extremely satisfied!!
